Our offered Automatic Carton Box Folding/Gluing Machine is the last process equipment for the carton folding. It is used for the combination of 3 and 5 layer corrugated cardboard production line (if required to glue 7 layers cardboard, we can also produce according to our customers’ need). Efficiency and production of the machine is quiet high. The prominent advantage is low cost, strong adhesion, simple operation, saves labor and electricity, runs smoothly and is idea equipment for exporting the advanced carton.
Working Principle
Working table: Photo-electric controls the feeding, reduces the labor cost and improves work efficiency.
Press correction

Paperboard Fixed Position

First put the paperboard fold then the centre of gluing edge on the belt

Use the left-right switch to make the press wheel on the center of groove

Move the belt to the suit position

Moving the left and right head board to the suit position and do not put them in the press groove to prevent deviation

The space between the head board and the paperboard is above 1/3 of the thickness of the paperboard

Adjust the feeding stand; the angle need not to be changed but the longitudinal separation. Put the paperboard hand over under the board

Make the angle as little as possible between the belt and paperboard
