Main Structure

This machine consists of stand, delivery unit, push part, retaining paper part, slotting part and output unit.

Installation: Place the machine on the cement floor that is leveled, and tight with the anchoring. Clean the machine and add 30# engine oil to all its sliding parts. According to the sheet specification and thickness of paper adjust the pushing plate, lift paper stand, retaining paper part, feeding roller, slotting roller, slotting knife phase. If the slot is not properly adjusted, then adjust the phase.

Maintenance

Add 20 or 30 engine oil before correcting push plate
Clean all of bearings every day, and add lubricating grease
