Semi Auto Corrugated Rotary Die Cutting Machine, Chain Feeding Rotary Die Cutter

Our engineers design this machine using high grade components and modern technology. Its roll is made of high quality steel and hard chrome plated. The machine adopts electric, pneumatic, hydraulic part combination. It can be 3 to 4 times repaired to improve rubber mat work-life. Chain feeding machine is used for slitting, creasing, slotting and corner cutting jobs.

Our offered machine has one air compressor (V0.17/8) that is prepared for users to supply air centrally through air pipe, air purification and electromagnetic valve. The cylinder control the lower roller lift-down and provide working pressure of 0.5-0.7Mpa.

Working Unit

This machine consists of die-cutting part and sheet feeding part:

Die-cutting part: It includes upper and lower die-cutting roller and paper feeding roller. Adjust the rod drive, both side gears rotating to adjust the paper feeding roll, so that the sheet thickness is adjusted to prevent damage due to pressure.
Upper and lower roller is the main roller that makes and forms the carton box. Upper roller is wired polyurethane rubber, lower is mount die. When the machine is running, these rollers make serrated knife cut-cover rubber, and then cut the sheet. After some times, the rubber is rough and rugged, that affects the work quality, so it is needed to be repaired.
This machine is equipped with sand paper shaft for repairing the rubber; after repairs it is thin, so change new rubbers. To improve its life, use machine with axis movement of 40mm. The pressure is provided by the air compressor and then cylinder send pressure to make the rollers running for cutting sheet.
