Slitting Creasing Corner-Cutting Box Making Corrugated Machine with Chain Feeding

This offered machine is used for cutting, creasing, slotting and corner cutting of corrugated board simultaneously. It is provided with four creasing, two side cutting, three slotting and one corner cutting heads. The machine has a chain delivery arrangement and slot depth is 12 inches. Maximum output is 60 sheets per minute.

Use and Characteristics

This corrugated paperboard separating paper rolling and corner cutting, opening slot machine, is comprehensive production that integrates several processes such as cutting the corner, slicing the side, and rolling line the main characteristics are chain feeding single paperboard by hand and the lubricating system adopts self-lubrication.

Slotting tool apron can be turned 360 degrees positive and reverse, circularly adjusted, and adopt motor micro-adjusting equipment; it is convenient to operate, with accurate adjusted size, locking reliable and slotting accuracy. Provided with Taiwan showdown brake motors, coded pulse monitor, sensitive and accurate, microcomputer show, memory and automatic zero adjustment phase.

Main Structure

Table feed method uses the chain push plate, sheet-fed is manual, adapt to a wide range of cardboard and paperboard general warping. Three fixed front roller of ÃƒÂ¸86mm provide smooth operation. Chain tension adjustment mechanism
Feeding unit: Upper feeding roller, lower feeding roller, the feed wheel; the feed wheel emboss the surface and improves the feed efficiency
Die-cutting unit: Wallboard, die-cutting roller, cutting roller, roll repair, planetary gear, wheels and other parts. Panels made of high-quality cast iron, wall thickness of 50mm; the upper die-cutting roller is soft rolls, it can improve the pouches reuse through a round piece of automatic grinding operation mechanism and is repairable
Cutting roller of high-quality steel material and dynamic balance correction and has hard chrome plating. It is an automatic device with lateral movement of 40mm.
