This corrugated cardboard or paperboard production line is highly professional equipment used for producing corrugated cardboard or paperboard. The machine is designed with utmost precision and has a rugged design that is manufactured from quality, proven material. We manufacture different grade of 3, 5 and 7 ply corrugated production line with different fitting. These are developed and designed to provide the speed of 60 to 220m/min; paper width of 1600 to 2200mm and A, B, C, E UV flute production line that can satisfy the needs of our various customers.

Machine Description

This production line consists of the mill roll stand, liner(medium paper), pre-heater , single facer machine, conveyor bridge, gluing machine, double facer machine, thin blade slitter scorer, helical NC cut-off machine, right angle sheet feeding machine, stacker, double decks conveyor bridge, heating system, air compression system and glue making system and so on.

The machine makes craft paper coil to 3/5/7 layer corrugated cardboard. Another model is 100-130 m/min Corrugated Paperboard Production Line that is 5 Ply Cardboard Box Making Machine. It has a working speed of 100 to 130m/min and steam heating.
