The back baffle box can be adjusted automatically and the front baffles space adopts manual adjustment

Provided with brush dust-remove device and dust-absorption blower and can adjust the wind volume according to the cardboard size

Electric control unit’s separation is done with warming belt, to ensure worker safe

The feeding, impression roller, rubber and anilox roller space are adjusted by self-locking device

Printing and phase fixed device and pneumatic brake

When the units are separated or cleaned, braking mechanism limit gear running and keep original gear’s position

The anilox roller adopts automatic pneumatic up and down device

Adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, automatically recycle with water cleaning

With “clean printing plate memory” function, after washing the printing plate and the printing roller go back to the original printing position

Slotting phase adopts PLC and digital adjustment in 360 degrees whatever running and stop or use PLC and touch screen adjusting

Slotting pedestal and creasing wheels are horizontally moving and adopt electric synchronous adjustment. (PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)

Creasing space and knife roller space adjust and adopts self-locking device

The carton height adjustment with anti-collision device for the slotting knives does not destroy the machine

Every slotting knife pedestals movement with anti-collision device (digital type)

Slotting knives width is 7mm and made of good quality with heat treatment, grinding, saw tooth knives

The phase of die roller adopts PLC and digital adjustment in 360 degrees whatever running and stop or use PLC and touch screen adjusting

Die roller movement adopts PLC and electric digital adjustment in ±10mm, PLC and touch screen is optional

The space adjustment between rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking device, with air cylinder that adjusts quickly in large range, reduce rubber wear and prolong life

Feeding roller spaces adjust and adopts self-locking device

Speed compensation device can make the rubber roller slipping thereby; the rubber surface speed is controlled by the knife, so the carton shape is same as the knife die

Equipped with rubber repair device, the rubber can be used after being repaired

Manual and automatic control option

The conveyor belt of the board catching arm and its tension can be adjusted independently without any inhibition of belt length. It is easy, flexible and rapid in adjustment

Use strong chain drive, lift-down move smoothly

Max stacking height 1300mm

The lift-down motor is equipped with the brake facility to keep it in the fix position

Pneumatic control baffle, use sensor control stacking
