Corrugated Cardboard Electric Heating Vacuum Single Facer feature:

Vacuum suction type pulling cardboard with wind control device.
Glue roller and fixed roller are designed to groups guide way slippage load-unload, convenient and swift.
Used pneumatic control top flute roller, pressure roller and gluing roller come back movement.
Flute roller adopts 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, with heat treatment, surface be grinded and chrome plated.
Adjust gluing width devise: Manual and motorized option
Glue amount adjustment: pneumatic or motorized control
The bearing of flute roller and pressure roller adopt high temperature resistant lubrication grease.

Lubrication part:

This part include oil box, oil pump, lubrication pipe, oil return pipe and various kind of joint. Adopts pressure send grease to every moving parts connect surface let it be lubricated and prolog uselife.

Transimission part:

This part includes speed adjustable motor, reducer, gimbal transimission parts, chain and so on.
